Kite is on a mission to power a new, more transparent digital economy. Kite Academy identifies and trains young Indians from across the country through a specialized, intensive 6-month internship program. Interns are immersed in specific departments—from marketing, to front-end development, to Android development—and trained in the latest, cutting-edge technology in these fields.
Along the way, learn from mentors with established experience in these fields, listen to guest speakers from a range of areas and backgrounds, and gain the right skills and advice to stand out in a competitive job market.
But—perhaps most importantly of all—learn from your peers, who are among the most promising thinkers in India, coming from a diverse range of geographies, languages and backgrounds.

In the next round, we’ll send you an appropriate follow-up questionnaire, asking a bit more about yourself, and checking out your relevant skills and experience.
After reviewing your questionnaire, we’ll set up an in-person interview, or a Skype call, where you can meet the team to which you applied. We may set up a quick call with Kite’s senior team as well.
If all goes well, we’ll send you an offer letter, and finalize the logistics to get you to Kite HQ for your Kite Academy experience!
